Trust through transparency

How verification works.

Our county directories help communities discover independent cleaning professionals whose information has been reviewed by their local chapter.

Application review

A cleaner submits business, service-area, experience, contact, and service information for review by the local chapter leader.

Business credentials

Licensing, insurance, and bonding details are reviewed when applicable and displayed according to the information confirmed for that business.

Professional standards

Members are expected to communicate professionally, respect clients and fellow cleaners, and support a drama-free, collaboration-first community.

Ongoing accuracy

Cleaners are responsible for keeping their listing and credentials current. Listings may be corrected, paused, or removed when information changes.

Important: Directory businesses are independently owned and operated. CCC is a professional network and directory; it does not employ, supervise, guarantee, or insure listed businesses. Customers should discuss scope, pricing, policies, and current credentials directly with the cleaner they choose.
Frequently asked questions

Is the directory free for the public to use?

Yes. Visitors can browse active county directories and contact listed businesses directly.

Does “verified” mean CCC guarantees the work?

No. Verified status means the cleaner’s submitted business information has been reviewed for directory participation. Every listed company remains responsible for its own work, staff, policies, insurance, and client agreements.

How does a cleaner join?

Cleaners apply through the verified cleaner application. The application is routed to the appropriate county chapter leader for local review.

How do free-cleaning nominations work?

Nominations are reviewed privately by the selected county’s chapter leader. Selection depends on local capacity, eligibility, safety, volunteers, and sponsorship; submission does not guarantee a cleaning.

Is CCC a nonprofit?

CCC is currently raising funds toward its goal of becoming an official nonprofit. The website will be updated when that status changes.

How can I open a chapter?

Established, licensed, and insured cleaning-business owners can review the leader expectations and submit an application.
